t-t-t-t-t-tokyooooooo

Maki tells me that Akari ちゃん has turned into me...
I'm not quite sure why ;)
KONNICH.

Well. Let's just say this past week may go down in history as one of the craziest weeks of my life. This past Monday I was on Sado, when all of a sudden I got a call from the mission president saying I was needed in Tokyo and that I needed to leave right then.. Sooooo.. that's what I did! I spent the whole week in Tokyo on assignment from President Nagano. I basically hung out with some awesome sisters and my mission president/wife and IT WAS SO MUCH FUN. I LOVE TOKYO. (I will live there someday. Mark my words.)

Alsooooooo my mission president is UNREAL and randomly came up to me one night saying, "Hey. If you want to visit Maki tomorrow go right ahead. WHATTTTT!!!!  Best day ever! I got to go back up to Saitama AGAIN and go see her. Seriously, luckiest missionary in the world. Also okay it was so cute. I was talking to Akari (Maki's 4-year-old daughter) and she asked where I lived. I of course told her Niigata, and she pointed over to some buildings in the distance and said, "Is that Niigata?" Close Akari. Close... just about 5 hours away from that, but CLOSE. TOO CUTE. I DIE.

Fam bam. (featuring the buildings Akari thought was
Niigata).. I don't think you realize how much I
love these humans.
But seriously, Maki was the best. We just laughed our heads off forever about our old times and talked about the church and her life. It was like I was home again. She still has some tough things in her life, but I just felt the spirit soooo strong when talking to her that God knows it all. It's okay as long as we're doing all we can. I feel like I always knew that, but I came to learn so much more that God knows each of our "best" and he really will make up for the rest if we give Him what we have.

THE CHURCH IS SUPERRRRR TRUE OKAY

Fun fact: Eating in public...... that's just a no. People don't do that. Like ever. You eat in a restaurant or in your house... if you're just walking outside, or sitting somewhere random, it's WAY weird to be eating and everyone gets so awkward. Lol.

Dreams coming true. Splits in Takadanobaba (try saying that 12 times fast)

This is Marci. There are no words. I can't even.
